TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) No exchange/return or refund policy

2) Outfits are custom made as per client measurements on order basis only

3) Production time/lead time – 15-45 days depending on the outfit

4) Full payment has to be done at the time of placing an online order

5) 50% advance payment has to be done at the time of placing a store order

6) 10,000 INR shipping charge per outfit depending on the weight of the outfit and the country to which it has to be shipped

7) domestic courier charge 2000/- INR

8) 5-7 days additional required for international courier and 3-4 days for domestic courier

9) Order once placed cannot be cancelled nor any changes can be done to the outfit. No sampling or embroidery swatches are provided, however base color cuttings can be provided on request. No add ons are allowed once order has been confirmed by the client

10) the colours of our products that appear on the website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computers monitors, tablets, mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of colour on your device will be completely accurate

11) We dont provide alterations services for international clients. Whatever  measurements you give us is with what we will send the outfit to you with enough margins for you to get it altered locally

12) We do alterations only in India. So you will have to send the outfit back to us and then you can have it couriered back to you at your own expense

13) There will be 20% additional charges for plus size depending on the outfit

14) There will be additional charges for blouse length longer than 15”, increase in sleeve length etc depending on the length

15) The company is not Liable for any delays due to Holidays, Natural Calamities, courier service etc.

16) If the customers size changes from time of placing the order to the time of delivery, the company is not liable for the same. In certain cases a further amount might be chargeable depending on the scope of work.

17) Color, embroidery, cuts, styles, fabric may vary slightly to the original sample shown

18) As the mirrors are embroidered to the fabric a slight fall out of mirror while wearing/ packing / unpacking is natural

19) Domestic Courtier Charge Minimum 1000/- TO maximum 2500/- INR

20) Minimum 5-7 days additional required for international courier and minimum 3-4 days for domestic courier

21) Product delivery time 2 days to 45 days depending on the availability
